Design and manufacturing essentials of hydraulic oil cylinder:

1. Design the oil cylinder structure reasonably according to the pressure level.

2. Select materials and sealing components according to the pressure level.

3. High requirements for processing equipment and testing equipment, and must be tested 100% according to national standards before leaving the factory.

Currently, China's hydraulic press products still follow two classification methods for small and medium-sized hydraulic presses.

Firstly, they are classified into general-purpose and special-purpose categories according to their intended use.

Secondly, they are classified into general, large, and heavy types based on their own weight. Hydraulic presses weighing less than 10 tons are classified as general hydraulic presses, those weighing between 10 to 30 tons are classified as large hydraulic presses, and those weighing over 30 tons are classified as heavy hydraulic presses.

1. Small vertical four-column press, weighing below 10 tons, adopts a rod hydraulic cylinder and is generally installed with a rear flange.

2. Welded structure hydraulic cylinder, suitable for installation with front flange, flange plate can be square or round, with a capacity of over 10 tons.

3. Large-scale press machine, composed of multiple hydraulic cylinders, usually piston type hydraulic cylinders.
